The skin is the biggest organ and tasked with the mighty job of protecting a growing baby inside you. We only use fractionated coconut oil as a base to massage your precious skin.

This coconut oil is stripped of lauric acid, a fatty acid. This means it doesn’t clog pores, provides moisture without leaving a heavy oil residue, and doesn’t stain.

From conception up to 13 weeks we suggest no essential oil blends to be added; the coconut massage oil has a natural clean and soothing scent which is the safest and most nourishing choice.

During weeks 14- 26, you have the option of adding a blend of lavender and camomile to your base massage oil. This blend promotes calm and anti-inflammation.

For weeks 27-40, you have the option of adding a blend of lavender and sweet orange to your base massage oil. This blend promotes calm and a boost in immune protection.

After birth, you have the option of adding a blend of grapefruit, cypress and geranium. This promotes lymph health and skin toning.

If you are breastfeeding, we can substitute sweet orange for grapefruit. If you prefer extra toning for your skin, we can substitute frankincense for geranium.

For those that are prepping for pregnancy, we offer a blend of clary sage, geranium, lavender and ylang-ylang. This blend helps to balance your hormones, reduce stress, improve circulation, relax deeply and calm your emotions.

We use warm mint towels for pre and post pregnancy, and while you are baking, we skip the mint.
